On Pi Day, math geeks, pie fiends delight in number with no end
"math flunkies don't have to know the difference between tangent and cosine to appreciate the combination of sugar, flour and butter baked to flaky perfection.
This will be the third year Toronto pie queen Wanda Beaver celebrates Pi Day at Wanda's Pie in the Sky, in Kensington Market. "It's an exciting day," said Beaver, who takes the pun further by creating special square pies.

Pi equals radius, or r, squared; and Wanda's pies are, literally, squared. "it's kind of obscure and obtues, but people like it because they go, 'Oh! Yeah." Read more at The Star.
